This page sets out general information and terms relating to services provided by Vinyl Wrap Costa. It is intended to establish reasonable expectations between Vinyl Wrap Costa and its customers. It does not replace a signed quotation, order, contract or other project-specific agreement where one is provided.
1. Business and contact
Vinyl Wrap Costa is a vinyl installation service operated by Jason Larry in Málaga, Spain. Services are offered across Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Mijas and the wider Costa del Sol.

2. Quotes and scope of work
Quotes are based on the information, photographs, measurements and condition of the surfaces or vehicle available at the time. A quote may be revised if inspection reveals conditions, access requirements, additional preparation or work outside the original scope.
No work is considered agreed until the scope, price and relevant terms have been accepted by the customer. Written quotations may include additional project-specific terms.
3. Customer responsibility and suitability
The customer is responsible for confirming that they own, control or have permission to authorise work on the relevant property, furniture, vehicle or other item. The customer must disclose known defects, previous repairs, coatings, damage, moisture, contamination, structural problems or other conditions that may affect the installation.
Vinyl is not suitable for every surface. Vinyl Wrap Costa may decline or limit work where the substrate, coating, paint, finish, temperature, moisture, condition or intended use makes a satisfactory installation reasonably uncertain.
4. Existing surfaces and preparation
Wrapping is an applied finish rather than a structural repair. Existing scratches, dents, chips, cracks, uneven surfaces, failing coatings, damaged paint, silicone, grease, moisture or other substrate defects may remain visible through the finished film or may affect adhesion and durability.
Where appropriate, preparation work may be recommended or charged separately. Vinyl Wrap Costa is not responsible for defects in an underlying surface that were present before installation or that result from the inherent condition of the substrate.
5. Adhesion, removal and substrate risk
Although professional films are selected and installed for the intended application, adhesion and removal can vary according to the substrate, age, coating, paint system, previous treatment, environmental conditions and length of time installed.
Removal of vinyl can sometimes expose pre-existing damage, remove weak paint or coatings, leave adhesive residue, or reveal differences between exposed and previously covered areas. Where the customer requests installation on a surface with a known or reasonably foreseeable risk, the work is undertaken with that risk understood and accepted to the extent permitted by law.
6. Colour, texture and material variation
Colours and finishes displayed on screens or in photographs may differ from physical samples and installed materials. Batch, lighting, viewing angle and surface conditions can also affect appearance. Samples and manufacturer specifications should be used where exact appearance is important.
7. Care and durability
The expected life and appearance of vinyl depend on the material selected, installation conditions, surface preparation, exposure, cleaning methods, temperature, sunlight, moisture, abrasion and use. Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied for the installed film.
8. Damage, defects and reporting
Customers should inspect completed work promptly and notify Vinyl Wrap Costa of any apparent installation issue within a reasonable period. Where an issue is attributable to the installation, Vinyl Wrap Costa will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable remedy in accordance with applicable law and any agreed warranty.
Claims relating to pre-existing substrate defects, misuse, accidental damage, unsuitable cleaning products, alteration by third parties, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside the agreed scope may not be covered.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vinyl Wrap Costa will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of use, loss of income, loss of business, loss of opportunity or damage arising from circumstances outside the agreed scope of work.
Nothing on this website or in these general terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Spanish or European law.
10. Property access and third parties
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area and for identifying relevant building, landlord, community, manufacturer or other third-party restrictions. Where work is carried out on property belonging to another person or entity, the customer confirms that the necessary permission has been obtained.
11. Payment, cancellation and delays
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation charges and project dates will be stated in the applicable quotation or agreement where relevant. Delays caused by restricted access, undisclosed site conditions, material availability, customer changes, third-party contractors or events outside reasonable control may require the completion date to be changed.
12. Photographs and portfolio use
Vinyl Wrap Costa may request permission to photograph completed work for portfolio, website or marketing purposes. Customer privacy and any agreed restrictions will be respected. Photographs will not be used for marketing where the customer has expressly withheld permission.
13. Website information
Website descriptions, photographs and examples are provided for general information. They do not guarantee that a particular material, finish or installation method will be suitable for a specific project. Final suitability is determined following assessment of the actual surface or vehicle.
14. Governing law
These general terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Spain. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights applicable to the customer remain unaffected.
15. Changes
Vinyl Wrap Costa may update this page when its services, website or legal requirements change. The version published on this website will show the latest update date.
